Conditions of Return
Knyt gladly accepts returns. Excluding the defective products, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please notice that if your refund is not in full (full order) we will not refund your original shipping costs. We will always refund any money using the method used to make payment.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
